Let the Conversations Begin!

The first Wedding 101 Panel took place on Tuesday, June 24th. There were so many amazing moments, and great advice given. However it really struck me how many conversations need to happen when planning an event. It goes without saying that it takes a team of vendors to pull off a wedding - or a very, very organized couple. That being said, what was equally exciting is the conversations we had between the panelists. Sure I have plenty of conversations with a photographer or a planner, but it’s rare to be talking with everyone at once.

I’m sure the Wedding 101 Panels are super helpful for couples as they start their wedding planning journey. A bi-product is certainly the conversations between the vendors that brings insight into their work, and how it affects our own.

As I’ve said before, for the Wedding 101 Panels, I gather those vendor categories that couples engage with first. A wedding planner, a photographer, a venue and a caterer.
